Ms. Sarah kashyap is a biker and the first Indian women to complete Raid de Himalaya and Desert storm Rally. She talks about how people will keep stereotyping but it is upto us  to break these barriers and do what we want do regardless of what we are expected. People will only be that a women is good at literature not at maths or she is great for nursing profession not defence or she would be better as a housewife than as a leader. One needs to learn how to flush these ideas on perception and just keeping doing what you want to do. She is the only Indian woman to finish the Raid in the 17 years of its existence. She had participated in Raid de Himalaya, the world's highest motorsport event (Manali, Srinagar, Kargil and Drass, among other places) and the second toughest rally on earth after Dakar.
