Lyrics
LA DREAM - Laura Saggers

There you are surf board in hand
slick back hair and golden tan
eyes that sparkle with the sea
its a California dream

meet me here at 26
where it crosses Pacific
we'll skip across the blazing sand
lay down towels and set up camp

oh take me to the shore
cus i can't take no more
you got that something that i need
the waves they twinkle shine
i'm caught in the riptide
whenever you look back to me

welcome to the LA Dream
there's no other place id rather be
take me to my California dream
and you'll see
it's where you'll wanna be

the sun is smilin' in the sky
hover boarders racing by
yoga poses everywhere
tourists always stop to stare

businessmen they dress in jeans
making millions on silicon beach
bar-tending actors work at 3
after auditioning for their dream

oh take me to the shore
cus i can't take no more
you got that something that i need
the waves they twinkle shine
i'm caught in the riptide
whenever you look back to me
Welcome to the LA Dream (La La La LA)
there's no other place id rather be
Take me to my California dream
And you’ll See
it's where you'll wanna be

La La La LA
La La La La

welcome to the LA Dream
there's no other place id rather be
take me to my California dream
and you'll see

welcome to the LA Dream (la la la la)
there's no other place id rather be
take me to my California dream
and you'll see
it's where you'll wanna be (La)(La la la)

it's where you'll wanna be (la la la)
it's where you'll wanna be (la la la)
it's where you'll wanna be (La la la)
