On June 5, 2018, at 6:00 am, the victim, a 69 year-old-male, was on the 31xx block of North Broad Street when he left his vehicle running while at the gas pumps. When he returned he noticed his vehicle was missing and when he walked to Broad Street and Allegheny Avenue he observed his vehicle running with an unknown black male seated in the driver's seat. The victim opened the driver's door ordering the suspect out of the car, at which time, the suspect exited the car, pushed the victim to the ground, and drove off. The complainant suffered scrapes on both arms as a result of being pushed to the ground. Taken was a 2018 Ford Escape with handicap tags. Suspect Description: Black male, 40 years-of-age, 5'10", medium build, balding with a goatee, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
