Stone Golem, boss after you go into the Ancient Mosel Ruins for the second time, late in the second disc. He's not nearly as hard as Chimera but still packs a punch. He does a hard-hitting area move which can hit all characters if they are all near him. Based on this experience in the future I would try to spread out more.
