In this video tutorial I go over all of the steps required to upgrade from the DigiByte v6.14.2 core wallet to the v6.16.1 wallet. I demonstrate three (3) ways to backup your wallet before upgrade, how to perform the uninstallation of the existing v6.14.2 (and we get to see what happens when things don't go as planned and the DGB core process - after the uninstall - doesn't quit and needs to be killed manually), I perform the upgrade and we get the answers to some of the common questions when performing an upgrade, like: Do I need to uninstall the previous version? Do I need to resync the entire blockchain after the upgrade? Do my original receive addresses change after the upgrade? Won't I loose all my coins if I uninstall my original wallet?
