This is another developer's video for Caranthir Tower, my new mod. I have now continued to build my tower after some time taking a break from it as mentioned in previous videos. In this video, I cover the new library in the main tower. I have not yet created NPCs but the library and main tower itself will contain a fair number of people when completed.
