Minister of information and culture, Lai Mohammed has urged the national assembly to see the need for an upward review concept for the entire budgeting concept of the ministry in view of the enormous capital being derived from intangible projects.

   The minister said this when he received the senate committee on culture and tourism on an oversight visit.
