OCR Kings thoughts on obstacle course racing concerning socks. Should you wear them? Check out the OCR Kings as we share our insights on everything OCR / obstacle course race / mud run related.

These are honest and unscripted candid videos on a variety of topics filmed after our workout sessions (in this case as we train for the Spartan Ultra Beast). The audio is terrible, but the message is FANTASTIC.
