In order for your Federal Skilled worker application to be eligible for processing, you need to fulfill one of the following three prerequisites: you either need to have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada, or have one year of full-time work experience in one of the designated professions, or be a student working on a PhD in Canada (or a recent graduate from a PhD Program).
