I had to split my Strongman video into the training video and this competition one as I knew combined it would have been well over ten minutes.  I hope you enjoy the look at my first dipping my toe in the Strongman water and seeing my wife doing awesome as always.  She ended up getting second in the Master's but was competing the whole day.  

On September 8th, we competed in the Sioux Falls Strongest United States Strongman competition.  I was in the Men's Novice division, and Laura competed in the Women's Masters division. Scoring sheet for the day can be found here:
