Here are some common expressions while seeing a doctor:  

Question: 

Nǐ nǎr bù shūfu?
你哪儿不舒服?
What's wrong with you?

Answer: 
Wǒ +  (the body part you feel not well about) + bù shūfu.
我  + ... (the body part)  + 不舒服. 
I feel uncomfortable in my + ... (the body part)

Question: 

Nǐ fāshāo le ma?
你发烧了吗? 
Do you have a fever? 

Answer: 

Shì de / Bú shì
是的 /不是 
Yes / No.

Learn some medical words in Mandarin Chinese: 

咳嗽 (késou) = cough
感冒 (gǎnmào) = common cold
鼻塞 (bísāi) = to have one's nose stopped up
