Bah... this guy's not too bad.

Wolverine by Kong

He's the king of offense in every way you can imagine, but with poor defensive skills.

Pros:
- Priority up the ass
- Blazing speed
- High damage output
- Devastating comboability
- Super short start up time for attacks
- Wide range.

Cons:
- Some moves have low hit stun, making them easy to counter after being guarded.
- No projectiles
- Most of his supers are highly situational.

Artificial intelligence:
He's completely relentless in every way you'd imagine. He even uses supers when you aren't open for punishment.

I had this video recorded a while back, so I don't remember most of the things I observed from this character but generally, he's not too hard to fight if you use simple guard and counter attack tactics.
