A demonstration of the incredibly poor action of a brand new Amscope microscope with the dual sliding boom arm. I am not impressed, it deteriorated from reasonable to this state after about 10 full actuations. This scope is three days old and has seen roughly two hours of use. The issue of low quality metal used in the sliding mechanism remains in this microscope, purchased in December of 2018, despite the problem being brought to Amscope's attention as early as March of 2014. pitts8rh's video from 2014: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_L5pXzBlc0 Throw money at me: https://patreon.com/ffcossag Music, when applicable, supplied by https://combatplayer.bandcamp.com/ -- THIS VIDEO IS RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN To the extent possible under law, I have waived all copyright and related or neighbouring rights to this work, according to the Creative Commons CC0 affirmer.
