Police in Eldoret say they have arrested three Kenya revenue authority officials for trying to bring Mandrax into the country. The three KRA officials, an official of the Kenya pharmacy and poisons board and another man suspected to be a drug kingpin were nabbed in connection with 80,000 capsules of mandrax suspected to have been flown in from Dubai to Kenya. The consignment was then allegedly diverted to the Eldoret International Airport from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The details were given by the Uasin Gishu county commander Hassan Abdi.
