Subscribe. A Union Pacific High Railer truck got on the Sac Sub at C Street and headed north of here to go inspect the Del Paso siding switch. When the truck put its rail wheels on the track it activated all the signals down the line at the same time. I was at the Capitol Avenue crossing.
