An easy way to kill the PD. Windmill will reset it's aggro (same with all field bosses/AI) and draw it towards your direction. This is most efficient with 2 people because you can switch off but you can solo it as well. 

Do not do this if there are other people at the field boss because you will likely get them killed. No drama please.
