Minorioty Leader highlights why Birth and Death Registry should not ban titles

The Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu, in parliament today explained why cultural significance was key in naming a child and why the Birth and Death Registry should not hesitate to accept some names deemed as titles. Using the Northern Region as an example, Hon. Iddrisu said there were some names there were meaningless without tiles and thus needed titles to make them complete.
