Mum-of-two Siobhan Fullwood understands only too well the importance of having first aid skills, after saving her daughter Grace from choking. Siobhan relives what happened that day. We believe that it’s absolutely unacceptable that so many people die needlessly – because no one could give them first aid when they needed it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid – about 800,000 last year alone – so that they can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved.
