All were charged with victimless crimes, most were engaged in civil disobedience, some have been so arrested multiple times. The latest is Keene resident David Krouse, sentenced today for refusing to leave a court lobby in protest of his friend's treatment. Free Staters, by the way, are basically people who move to New Hampshire for more freedom.
