US Influence Likely to Decline

A new US intelligence report says the U.S. will become less dominant over the next two decades. It says emerging powers such as China and India will gain international influence. The report on long-term security issues is by the National Intelligence Council. It is released every four years and reflects the thinking of all American intelligence agencies.
