In the wake of the cancellation of New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly's lecture in October 2013, the Center for the Study of Race and Ethnicity in America (CSREA) hosted a teach-in to discuss and contextualize stop-and-frisk policies within a historical-social framework.
