Another section of Volusia County’s Spring-to-Spring trail is nearly complete, connecting DeBary to Blue Spring State Park and Lake Beresford. Bicycle riders can ride back roads through DeBary to the next completed trail section at Gemini Springs, she said, and avoid the busy and dangerous highway through town. But some have been disappointed to find a tall fence topped with double strands of barbed wire stretching along part of the trail.
