Day two of our motorbike trip to the D-Day beaches of Normandy. Today we go to Juno Beach where we saw the Canadian Museum, then Sword Beach, where our lads were famously piped ashore ... recreated in the film The Longest Day, and then on to the stunning Pegasus Bridge - a story you couldn't dream of writing, no-one would believe you if it weren't true!! Real veterans were at each location, fine, courageous young men that stormed ashore in the fight to liberate occupied Europe. The celebrations of the Landings last for over a month in Normandy and the emotion, gratitude and love shown to the veterans is mind blowing. you simply have to come here to witness this for yourself... watch part one here: https://youtu.be/7hArE8w7exw The 2018 Kawasaki Z1000sx in full touring set up was incredible.
