On September 26, 2011, at 10:33am, an unknown male entered the Zam-Zam Market located at 7333 Elmwood Avenue armed with a handgun demanding money. The employee opened the register and gave the suspect money from the drawer, the suspect then walked around the counter and forced the employee into the office demanding more money, the employee gave the suspect money from a desk drawer. The suspect ordered the employee to stay in the office and fled on Elmwood Avenue towards 73rd Street with $1,000 in cash.

Suspect Description:
Black male, 6'2", 180lbs, blue jeans, green hooded sweatshirt, brown work boots armed with a dark colored handgun.
