Sleep-deprived sailors set for relentless battle in rough seas and freezing winds. The crews in the Volvo Ocean Race are bracing themselves for Leg Four - from Singapore to Qingdao, which they predict could be the most difficult in the history of the event. The sailors are dusting down their helmets and neoprene trimmings in preparation for some cold and dark days ahead. This leg, which will require a superhuman effort, will demonstrate why this event is considered the ultimate test of endurance.
