CF&E locos wait at the CSX diamond for a NS SD40-2

CF&E 3882 and 3886, returning from the I&O yard get a red signal at the CSX diamond. NS 3274 is returning from dropping off tanks for I&O and returning with tanks from I&O. An interesting side note about 3274, was built as SOU 3275 1/1978 and is wearing a new paint job it got around 6-16-12. Thanks to the loco updates on railroadfan. The white car was a lucky break for the Lima city employee who went around the gates or else his face would be on here!
