I don't know much about Josiah Weaver, but apparently from what I could find he's been singing and writing songs since the 50's (he was born in 1941 from what I found out). This isn't a bad tune either, I couldn't find an exact date on this non-charting single, but it sounds like it was done in the early-mid 80's. Enjoy!
