Here we are on the public overpass at Croton-Harmon, which goes over the south end of the Harmon shops and leads to Croton Point Park. Here, we see a ton of motive power idling the night away. It is just a non-stop chorus of EMD 567C engines sitting in idle. The noise is music to my ears. The engines sitting and idling in the yard are, in no order, FL9 2024, FL9 2011, GP8 543, GP9 750, GP35R 102, GP35R 104, F10 411, F10 413, Genesis P32ACDM 209, BL20GH 111, BL20GH 113, BL20GH 128, and BL20G 401. The only two engines not idling were Fl9's 2008 and 2012, which are permanently out of service. Here, we have a closeup of 543, 750, and 411.
