British voters are going to the polls in a very close election that could make a Scottish party the power broker and oust Prime Minister David Cameron. Public opinion polls indicate that Cameron’s Conservative Party and Ed Miliband’s Labor Party will get a similar number of seats, but not enough for either to form a government.
