馃嵔锔廠nag The Recipe:
1 cup of unpopped popcorn
1 cup peanuts
1 TBS butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 C. Light corn syrup
1 Cup Butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
pop popcorn, place popcorn in a large shallow pan, and put it in the oven. I like to use a large turkey pan.
Cook and stir peanuts on medium in 2 Tbsp butter and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Drain on a paper towel and place on the peanuts.
Combine butter, sugar, syrup, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Heat on medium until the sugar dissolves. Continue to stir until 250 degrees (Firm ball)
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Take popcorn from the oven and mix it into the popcorn well.
Place back in the oven for 45 minutes mixing the mixture every 15 minutes.
