The GOP is arguing that regulating the salaries of CEOs and executives on Wall Street will push all of the "talent" out of our financial institutions. The federal government spent billions of dollars to keep companies like Bank of America and AIG afloat, so it only seems fitting that we should have some say in how many millions of dollars in bonuses their top executives get.
