Get ready for a LONG one!  This is Part 2 of a two-part class/lecture I gave to students at the QSI International School in Shenzhen.  I was invited to speak to the students in two classes.  The first group of students were in the Sports Science program, and wanted to hear about my motivation, background and general overview of the trip.   

This is Part 2 where I speak more to the specifics of filmmaking on the road, and my experience.  I am not a professional filmmaker, but I have learned a lot on the road, and tried to impart what I knew to the kids.

These are long form videos, with a little editing to take out the “uhhs” and pauses.  I lost the LAV mic in the end of Part 1, so the audio in this whole section is not great..  This Chapter is not for everyone, but I thought it was informative, and if someone wanted to know the why’s and how’s.. here is your answer.

I want to thank Jason Hall, his students, and the QSI School for allowing me to talk.  It was an Honor and a chance for me to talk about the trip and my techniques.  I believe that speaking reinforces resolve, and talking to you all strengthened me and I left with a boost of confidence.  I hope you got as much out of it as I did.
