This is history! Seen here from a parking structure at the Burbank Mall, Endeavour is seen being carried for the final time, piggy-backing on a classic 747-100 (which flew for American Airlines as N9668, until July 1974). The flight soon after arrived at LAX where Endeavour will be transported her new home at the California Science Center. During 25 missions, Endeavour spent 299 days in space and orbited Earth nearly 4,700 times, racking up 123 million miles.
