On Friday and Saturday nights, May 23rd and 24th, Absolute Intense
Wrestling (AIW) will return to the historic Turners Hall (7325 Guthrie
Ave, 44102) in Cleveland, OH to present the JT Lightning Invitational
Tournament. Bell time will be 7:30pm Friday night with a special AIW
Fanfest on Saturday at 3:00pm which will be followed by a 6:00pm bell time
on Saturday night.

The JT Lightning Invitational Tournament was created in 2012 to honor the
memory of the late, great JT Lightning who launched the careers of many
Cleveland based professional wrestlers. He is known as the Godfather of
Cleveland Wrestling.

Former WCW Superstar Buff Bagwell will be part of this prestigious
tournament. A member of the legendary nWo and multiple time WCW tag team
champion, Bagwell wants to show the fans in Cleveland that he still has
the Stuff.

For the first time ever, the AIW Absolute Championship will be defended in
each of the four rounds of this spectacular tournament! Up to four new
Absolute Champions may be crowned during the course of the JLIT.

The twelve first round matches announced for Friday night are:

- AIW Absolute Champion Michael Elgin vs Eddie Kingston
- Buff Bagwell vs Jock Samson
- Jimmy Jacobs vs Eric Ryan
- Colin Delaney vs Josh Prohibition
- Tim Donst vs Marion Fontaine
- Matt Cross vs Flip Kendrick
- BJ Whitmer vs #SPARX
- Veda Scott vs #ALLEGO
- Louis Lyndon vs Bobby Beverly
- Rickey Shane Page vs Heidi Lovelace
- Sonjay Dutt vs Davey Vega
- UltraMantis Black vs Danny Havoc

On Saturday night, former TNA Impact Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Chris
Sabin comes to Absolute Intense Wrestling to battle the King of Cleveland
Johnny Gargano in a special non-tournament match. Gargano has a stacked
resume of classic matches in AIW and his battle with Chris Sabin will look
to top them all!

Saturday night will also feature the quarterfinal, semifinal, & final
rounds of the 2014 JLIT.
