The "Mayhem challenges" are viewer submitted challenges. Anyone can suggest a challenge as long as they follow the rules you see below. If you want to submit a suggestion just write a comment on any of my mayhem challenge videos. RULES:
1) Mention the game in your comment (it could be any GTA game)
2) Mention the starting position (where do I start the challenge)
3) Number your steps (the challenge can have any number of steps)
4) Every step needs to be on a separate row.
5) Only suggest challenges on my mayhem challenge videos.
6) Don't ask me when I would do your challenge. the answer is always I don't know or I may never do it.
7) Make sure your challenge can actually be done, the majority of the ones I get are broken and I cannot use them.

These are the 12 steps you have to take in order to complete it:
1) Get a 2 star wanted level
2) Drive to Santa Maria beach
3) Kill 3 people relaxing on the beach
4) Drive to the countryside, steal a Combine Harvester
5) Kill 5 pedestrians with the Combine Harvester
6) Drive the Combine Harvester to the Doherty garage
7) Destroy the Harvester, get 2 more stars using satchels
8) Get inside the airport with a police vehicle
9) Steal a Shamal, land on the pyramid without a parachute
10) Use the rocket launcher to get 2 more stars
11) Lose the wanted level in a car using the Pay 'n Spray in LV
12) Save the game at the Verdant Meadown safehouse
