Afghanistan's Election Commission has declared President Hamid Karzai the winner of Afghanistan's presidential election after canceling a second round of voting. The announcement came on Monday, a day after President Hamid Karzai's challenger, former Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, withdrew from the race.
