Valius has the new 1.40 patch for PIU Fiesta 2, so I got to try out the new charts. This is my first try at Windmill S21, after having seen the chart before. The first thing I noticed about this song when I heard was that it's actually a fast waltz - a first for PIU, so I was eager to try the charts for this song. As the hardest Singles chart for Windmill, this is actually pretty fun, and for the most part it's not that hard. Those twisty hell streams of 12th notes, though, are hard enough to push the chart well into the 21 range. I was pretty surprised at how I did in the end, because it sure didn't FEEL like I was playing the chart well.
