Pipes along the shoreline pump in sand from off shore rigs, replenishing the Sand on treasure island. After big storms come in and wash all the sand out to sea. Big pumps suck up sand hundreds of yards offshore, with a series of large tubes shoots sand in a slurry back on land replenishing the sands.
