Happy Monday! Is that a thing? I mean being happy on a Monday lol. Well if you weren't before you can be now =) I am doing another Thanksgiving recipe this time I am moving from mains and sides to a Thanksgiving dessert. I am making a super Simple Apple Pie. Not a lot of steps in this one at all. I went ahead and made my own crust in this one but this works out just as good getting a store bought crust. I will be honest though this crust recipe I found makes LITERALLY the perfect crust and is totally worth trying to make it. Anyway guys when you make this one (because I know you will try it lol) make sure to take a pic of it and post it to my Facebook page!

Total Time: 1 Hour
Makes: 6 Servings

Filling:
3 Tbsp. Butter
5 Large Apples ( I used Granny Smiths)
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Egg

Crust:
2-1/2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Cold Water
1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
Salt
