Incumbent Tanjung Piai MP Datuk Seri Wee Jeck Seng is set to defend his parliamentary seat in the upcoming general election while new face Tan Eng Meng has been named MCA’s candidate for the Pekan Nanas state seat. 

MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai announced that during the launch of Tanjung Piai MCA “war room” in Pontian, Johor on Tuesday.
