FFXIV 2.1 0159 Sylph Rank 2 (Beast Tribe Quests) Mithrie - Gaming Guides In this episode, I finish getting my the required reputation in order to unlock rank 2. When hitting the maximum reputation you unlock a quest, which must be completed called Pilfered Podlings. After completing this quest you then rank up unlocking 3 more daily quests with the Sylph. The new quests give 7 reputations per day instead of the 5 reputations of the first 3. From this point on you have the choice of if you want to continue doing 3 with each beast tribe giving 21 rep per day if you do the 3 new ones or focusing completely on one with your 6 daily allowances getting 36 reputations per day.
