With all the hype about donating to a very rare disease. I thought it would be a good opportunity to bring awareness about some other things like conserving water. There are other diseases that are much more widespread and horrible. There's an Ebola Epidemic happening right now but everyone is focusing on ALS for some reason. Also the whole premiss of the Ice bucket thing is that you are saying that you'd rather dump ice water on your head than donate money to the charity. It's kinda contradictory.
