Sponsor:  http://FreeKeene.com -  Normally liberty-friendly reps sponsor bill opposed by the Liberty Alliance.   Bill would mandate govt. school protocols for spotting PTSD in kids. 

But can all govt. school workers be trusted not to abuse this diagnosis?  Would any of them ever be fired if they did?  Considering the growing restrictions our government places on people diagnosed with psychological conditions, could a child have some of his rights stripped for life if he becomes "psychologically diagnosed?"

PTSD, BTW, stands for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
