The "Mayhem challenges" are viewer submitted challenges. Anyone can suggest a challenge as long as they follow the rules you see below. If you want to submit a suggestion just write a comment on any of my mayhem challenge videos. RULES:
1) Mention the game in your comment (it could be any GTA game)
2) Mention the starting position (where do I start the challenge)
3) Number your steps (the challenge can have any number of steps)
4) Every step needs to be on a separate row.
5) Only suggest challenges on my mayhem challenge videos.
6) Don't ask me when I would do your challenge. the answer is always I don't know or I may never do it.
7) Make sure your challenge can actually be done, the majority of the ones I get are broken and I cannot use them.

These are the 15 steps you have to take in order to complete it:
1) Type "ROCKETMAN" while watching the first cutscene
2) Watch the remaining of the cutscene
3) Get $200
4) Steal a bike, drive to Ammunation
5) Buy a pistol, get a 3 star wanted level
6) Drive to the motel via a bike
7) Take the SMG from the roof
8) Get a 4 star wanted level using the SMG
9) Complete 2 levels of Paramedic at 4 stars
10) Eat until you throw up at Cluckin' Bell
11) Walk to Grove Street
12) Complete the "Big Smoke" mission at 4 stars
13) Get a 4 star wanted level
14) Get armor
15) Go to the barber and get a haircut
