Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jean Monestime has represented District 2 since taking office in 2010.  This area is one of the county's poorest, which includes portions of North Miami and unincorporated areas of Liberty City.  During his swearing in ceremony last week as the new chairman of the commission, he urged an agenda of prosperity.  He joins Helen to share his plans to implement change.
