Mapusa MLA Francis D’Souza has stated that he has no intensions of quitting party or resigning as MLA. Ailing minister Francis returned to Goa after his treatment in US. In a explosive reaction on prevailing status of administration and government, Francis disclosed that he might now be raided by CBI, ED, IT and other Central agencies as he opted to speak against party. Francis has opined that Parrikar should give charge to other minister till he recovers. He further aid that technically Sudin Dhavlikar should be given charges.
