A Ford Explorer struck three vehicles before coming to rest against the porch of a home in the 200 block of West Vine Street in Lancaster, PA, a fire official said. The SUV was traveling east on Vine Street when it was struck by another Ford Explorer that was backing out from Arch Street, according to city fire Capt. David Longenecker. Sliding on the wet road, the first SUV sideswiped a westbound SUV driven by a Millersville University student, struck a parked car, then hit the porch of the home at 217 W. Vine St., Longenecker said. The driver of the SUV that backed out from Arch Street resides in the home that was struck, he said. No injuries were reported.
