Uminari o Matta Hi

A mix of two songs from animes by Key Visual Arts.
1.Kanon-Kaze o Matta Hi (The Day I Waited for the Wind)
2. Clannad - Uminari (Roaring Tides)

Therefore the title "Uminari o Matta Hi" translates to "The Day I Waited for the Roaring Tides."

Credits Song:
Air - Sousei

I noticed that Key liked to make sad soundtracks with a certain repeating pattern of chords. Even Sousei from Air has a slight hint of a pattern. You are welcome to continue listening to Sousei at the end of the movie.
