I think this turned out really good. This is the final animation in the series of ShoNuff vids that I've posted. Check out the other two to see the progress. The first is the lip sync only, the second added head and hand movements and then this last one I added slight details like blinking, more mouth movement, a BODY :) hair movement...that kind of stuff!
