Yes the long awaited and long anticipated video is here! I finally create my hood! This video is an updated video, so I recorded it a day before I released it, hence the high level! I show you the creation of the hood, and the rules for joining it! The hood will be open for people to join in November 2017, the exact date will be released within 4 weeks of this videos release! I also talk about the sneak peaks, which seem to be made just for me. A Flower Shop! unlocked at level 49 (perfect), and group message, just as I create my hood! It couldn't be any better! I will also be creating feeder hoods, for when this hood fills up. If you miss out on joining this one, don't worry, you'll have the opportunity to join a feeder, which I will visit. So you will have the opportunity to follow me. I was going to be reserving the first 5-15 positions for subscribers who are the most active on my channel, but it appears that YouTube has removed the ability to do that (I learnt this after making the video), so all 29 positions will be available to everyone!  
I give a detailed explanation on what they rules are, and why I have them. All the rules are meant to ensure a happy friendly hood, which helps each other.

A summery of the rules for joining one of my hoods are as listed:
No violating any of Supercells rules, such as the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service.
G rated chat 
No swearing, offensive language, being nasty or rude 
(Pheobe made a good point that the Hay Day filter often considers thing swearing when they are not, so don't worry if something you say appears like l****v, you won't get in trouble) 
No snipping other hood members trades
Don't use the report button ever, but instead tell a co-leader or leader about that players offence
Don't leave the hood during the derby
Kicking a member is for the leader only, unless in emergency situations such as the player getting abusive
Never sell Expansion materials, barn upgrading materials, silo upgrading materials, saws, axes, land clearing supplies, or mining tools to the public (such as advertising in the newspaper), but offer them to other hood members.
You are only allowed to use the donation feature to request the first 5 crops (wheat, corn, carrots, soybeans and sugarcane). 

Other suggestions (but not official rules) 
Trade building materials or expansion materials at a 1-1 ratio
Always sell products at full price to each other
Let people know if you are selling expensive products that they might want
Use the default trade policy of putting a wheat up in your roadside shop, to ensure the players is there when you sell your items, as they buy the wheat, letting you know that they are in your shop
